Built in 1887, The Guthrie is quite possibly the oldest standing building in Salt Lake City. This nationally recognized and registered historic structure consists of 2 buildings centrally in located downtown Salt Lake City. The Guthrie architecture incorporates charming, old-world details with new bones. Plus with over 30 restaurants, coffee shops, and shops within a 3-block radius, it’s the only art studio that will put you in the very heart of downtown.
The main Guthrie building is home to Fice Clothing Boutique and Este Pizza as well as over 30 professional artists and are designed to accommodate all the amenities of high-traffic retail locations.
We generally always have a waiting list. But spaces do come available monthly. Spaces are offered as first come first serve, so give us a call and get on the waiting list and we will notify you as soon as a studio comes available.
